Green Tea
I have found that adding a few mint leaves to a cup of green tea really makes it taste better. I didn’t really like green tea that much before. I’m more of a black tea kind of person and prefer a cup of English Breakfast tea. Green tea with mint reminds me of spearmint gun.
Starting Week 3
2 Weeks since I had a cigarette or a soda. 2 Weeks since I started the 100 Pushups training program. I’ve also started avoiding processed foods containing MSGs. Now that I know more about how deceptive the food industry are.
I just started the 200 Situp training program and I plan to have a cup or two of green tea everyday to help me lose weight. Also I plan to ween myself off my addiction to meat. I still eat to much fastfood. I need to get it down to once a week for now. Eventually reaching the goal of eating no fastfood or processed food.
So far I’ve still managed to lose 2 pounds. Not nearly enough…I need to work harder.

Why eat whole grains

I’m glad the urge to peel my skin off my body has past…maybe I need more sleep. Maybe it is just toying with me. That is a scary thought.
